Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to understand clients' mental health needs, creating bespoke treatment plans tailored to individual circumstances.

• Facilitate evidence-based therapy sessions using secure telehealth systems, ensuring effective interventions and consistent support for clients.

• Engage with clients to set realistic therapeutic goals, offering ongoing encouragement and modifying treatment plans as necessary based on their progress.

• Maintain meticulous and timely documentation of all client interactions, treatment progress, and any pertinent evaluations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse group of clients, including children, adolescents, adults, and families. Our clientele presents with a variety of mental health conditions, such as anxiety disorders, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. Your guidance will help clients from different backgrounds develop coping skills and achieve their mental health goals, contributing positively to their overall well-being.

Qualifications\n

• A current, valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required.

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with clients, aiming to create a trusting therapeutic relationship in a virtual setting.

• Competitive salary range of $80,000 to $104,000 per year, commensurate with your caseload and experience.
