Key Responsibilities\n

As a Senior LCSW, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality mental health care. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Implementing evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), tailored to meet the needs of each patient.

• Maintaining meticulous clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA standards, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality in patient records.

• Collaborating with an interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals—including physicians, nurses, and psychologists—to coordinate comprehensive patient care.

• Participating in regular case consultations and peer review meetings to continuously enhance treatment approaches and care quality.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.

• A valid license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of California.

• A minimum of two years of direct clinical experience, particularly in hospice, palliative care, or with seriously ill populations.

Compensation and Benefits\n
