Accounts Receivable Specialist I

Position Summary We are seeking a detail‑oriented Bookkeeper to join our team in San Jose, CA. The role is full‑time and offers a competitive hourly rate of $23.00‑$30.00 per hour, with additional benefits. Shift / Hours Monday – Friday, 8:00 am‑5:00 pm Location San Jose, CA Responsibilities Manage daily financial transactions and bookkeeping activities. Process accounts payable and receivable. Maintain the general ledger and financial records. Prepare and process invoices and purchase orders. Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies. Assist with budget preparation and financial reporting. Ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulations. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications At least 1 year of bookkeeping or accounting experience. Understanding of GAAP. Strong oral and written communication skills. Excellent organizational, analytical, and computer skills. Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. Bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred). Willingness to submit to a pre‑employment background check and drug screen.
