You will primarily be interacting with clients through virtual platforms, with opportunities for face-to-face sessions. Key Responsibilities\n

As an LPC, your daily tasks will encompass:

• Conducting thorough trauma-informed mental health assessments to gauge patients' trauma history and develop tailored treatment approaches.

• Creating and implementing individualized treatment plans designed to foster trauma recovery and enhance resilience in clients.

• Utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques, such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), to facilitate effective healing.

• Leading both individual and group therapy sessions aimed at helping clients process their trauma, learn coping mechanisms, and promote overall healing.

• Collaborating with psychiatrists and other medical professionals to ensure comprehensive and integrated care for all patients.

• Providing crisis intervention support during emergencies related to trauma.
\n
• Educating patients and their families about trauma responses and coping strategies, while offering guidance on available mental health resources.

• Maintaining accurate and confidential documentation to comply with legal and ethical standards.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for the LPC position, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
