Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver high-quality direct clinical services, either in-person or via video conferencing, to individuals, groups, and families, focusing on evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Motivational Interviewing (MI).

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team—including case managers, educators, and medical professionals—to coordinate care and create an integrated support network for clients.
\n
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client sessions in compliance with company policies, including initial assessments, treatment plans, and ongoing notes, utilizing Office 365 tools and Electronic Health Record systems.
\n
• Facilitate a minimum of 25 client-facing visits each week, ensuring a manageable caseload that promotes both client engagement and therapist well-being.
\n
• Actively participate in community outreach initiatives to build relationships that expand our services and influence within the local community.
\n
• Engage in continuous professional development by attending all clinical staff meetings and trainings, sharing best practices and insights to enhance team performance.
\n
• Respond professionally and promptly to feedback and requests from the Clinical Director, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and standards.
\n
• Model appropriate boundaries and ethical practice with clients, emphasizing the importance of trust and respect in therapeutic relationships.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily focuses on serving students within school settings, including children from diverse backgrounds and varying levels of need. Our clients may present with a range of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, behavioral challenges, and trauma-related issues. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, you will utilize your skills to foster resilience and develop interventions tailored to each client’s unique circumstances.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related mental health field is required.

• Must hold an active and independently licensed LCSW designation.
\n
• Experience in a clinical setting with demonstrated ability to perform initial assessments and develop treatment plans.

• Proficiency in documentation practices, particularly in an Electronic Health Record system.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, allowing for effective interactions with clients and team members.

Compensation and Benefits\n
