With tools such as telehealth platforms and secure electronic health record systems, you will be equipped to provide effective virtual care.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and screenings to identify clients' mental health needs and develop personalized treatment plans.

• Create and implement individualized treatment strategies that address the unique challenges faced by each client, ensuring they are evidence-based and aligned with best practices.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, employing therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other effective methodologies.

• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team including psychiatrists, case managers, and psychologists to provide integrated care that optimally supports clients’ mental health journeys.

• Educate and support clients’ families to foster understanding and engagement in the therapeutic process, thereby enhancing client outcomes.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records in compliance with state and federal guidelines, contributing to accountability and transparency in care practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clientele consists primarily of adults dealing with various mental health concerns including depression, anxiety disorders, post-traumatic stress disorder, and adjustment issues. Qualifications\n

• A current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT.
