The salary range for this position is competitive, falling between USD 85,000 and 104,000 yearly, and includes the opportunity for a sign-on bonus.

Work Environment\n

This position is fully remote, allowing for a balanced work-life integration, especially for professionals who manage multiple responsibilities. You will be joining a dynamic and supportive team that values flexibility and collaboration, with the option for alternative shift patterns, such as 4x10 or 5x8 schedules, available between 8 AM to 7 PM, Monday through Friday. Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individual, group, couple, and family psychotherapy or counseling tailored to the needs of clients coping with end-of-life issues.
\n
• Interview clients to gather comprehensive social, personal, and health information to develop effective treatment plans.
\n
• Assess and address a range of emotional and psychological challenges, including grief, depression, anxiety, and adjustment disorders.
\n
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to design and implement programs that meet clients' social and emotional needs.
\n
• Facilitate cognitive, affective, and behavioral health interventions, ensuring timely crisis resolution and referrals to community resources.
\n
• Document all findings and treatment services in client records, adhering to established policies and protocols.
\n
• Maintain a manageable caseload, ensuring that all case notes are accurate and reflective of services provided.

• Participate in ongoing professional development and peer supervision.
\n
• Perform other responsibilities as assigned to support the overall mission of the organization.

The primary focus of this role is to support clients in a hospice care setting. Qualifications\n
