As a full-time or part-time Mental Health Counselor, you will engage with clients through telehealth to provide support and enhance their mental well-being. The ideal candidate will possess a Master’s degree in a relevant field and hold a valid license as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW, allowing for the independent practice of therapy.

Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be primarily working with stable adult clients who have undergone careful screening before accessing services. Clients are matched to you based on your specialized skills and demographic preferences, enabling a more relevant and impactful therapeutic relationship.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Fully licensed in good standing within the state—certified as either a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $90,000 to $100,000 annually, with potential for bonuses and incentives based on performance.
