Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive virtual psychosocial assessments to identify clients' strengths, challenges, and treatment needs.

• Deliver evidence-based therapy modalities, including individual, family, and group counseling sessions, to promote recovery and mental wellness.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LICSW at Equilibrium Enclave, you will work primarily with individuals dealing with substance use disorders and related mental health issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution

• Current licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in Washington State

• A minimum of two years of post-licensure experience in providing clinical social work services, preferably within a mental health or substance use treatment setting

Compensation and Benefits\n
