Work Environment

This full-time position operates onsite at our Ashburn rehabilitation center, where you will engage directly with patients in a collaborative and supportive atmosphere. The work schedule is Monday to Friday, from 9 am to 5 pm, allowing for a balanced work-life dynamic while meeting the diverse needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide individualized care tailored to each patient's unique goals, needs, and conditions.
• Maintain a manageable patient load, ensuring that you dedicate enough time and attention to each individual for effective therapy.
• Utilize your expertise in orthopedic outpatient care to enhance patient outcomes.
• Implement cost-effective treatment options that focus on improving clients' motion and mobility while minimizing reliance on medications.
• Develop and execute comprehensive care plans that encompass a variety of treatment modalities based on current research and best practices.
• Educate patients on non-surgical alternatives and motivate them to engage in their rehabilitation journey.
• Encourage lifestyle changes aimed at promoting health and wellness, including strength training, flexibility exercises, and coordination activities.
• Collaborate effectively with other medical professionals to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.
• Continuously assess and document treatment effects and modifications in patients' progress in compliance with regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our patient base primarily consists of individuals recovering from orthopedic injuries, surgeries, and chronic conditions affecting mobility. As a Physical Therapist, you will work closely with athletes, post-surgical patients, and individuals seeking non-invasive interventions for pain relief and rehabilitation. Qualifications

• Must hold a Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy or a related field.
• Active Physical Therapist license in the state of Virginia with no sanctions or board proceedings.
• Demonstrable mastery of various manual therapy techniques.
• Proven success in designing and implementing effective exercise programs for diverse populations.
• Proficiency in using Electronic Medical Record (EMR) software, with familiarity with Web PT preferred.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this full-time position ranges from USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
