Key Responsibilities\n \n Conduct individual and family therapy sessions remotely, employing secure telehealth platforms to ensure client confidentiality and comfort. \n Assess client needs and develop comprehensive treatment plans that are tailored to promote personal growth, emotional healing, and behavioral change based on client goals. \n Maintain meticulous records of interactions, treatment plans, and client progress in line with legal and ethical standards, ensuring all documentation is current and reflects accurate details. \n Provide crisis intervention and support whenever needed, demonstrating an ability to navigate critical situations with empathy and professionalism. \n Collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to coordinate holistic care and better serve the client's overall health and well-being. \n Engage in continuous professional development and training to stay informed about the latest trends, techniques, and regulations in marriage and family therapy. \n Patient Population / Client Focus\n The therapist will primarily work with a diverse clientele, including couples and families facing issues such as relationship challenges, life transitions, trauma recovery, anxiety, and depression.
