Performance Marketing Manager

Role Description

We’re hiring a Performance Marketing Manager to own paid acquisition strategy, campaign execution, and performance optimization across multiple digital channels. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role where you will directly impact:

• Lead generation
• Paid media performance
• Funnel optimization
• Budget efficiency
• Revenue growth

You will manage campaigns across:

• Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max)
• Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
• LinkedIn Ads
• X (Twitter), Reddit, TikTok
• Emerging paid acquisition channels

If you think in funnels, optimize for performance metrics, and continuously test for growth, this role is for you.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing or paid media.
• Proven experience managing Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
• Strong background in B2B lead generation.
• Deep understanding of PPC strategy, audience targeting, retargeting, funnel optimization, and attribution models.
• Advanced experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM).
• Strong ad copywriting and testing skills.

• Ability to independently build campaigns, launch tracking, optimize performance, and report results.
