Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will:

• Deliver comprehensive assessments and develop effective treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.

• Consult on the creation of pre-crisis and crisis plans, behavioral guidelines, and medication treatment strategies.

• Ensure that all necessary documentation is completed promptly and meets regulatory standards.

• Utilize evidence-based screening tools in collaboration with the clinical team to assess patient needs effectively.

• Work closely with interdisciplinary teams to design and implement positive behavior support plans.

• Participate actively in licensing and accreditation activities to maintain high standards of care.

• Serve as an essential liaison to various service systems, state agencies, and community partners.

• Establish and foster relationships with local, state, and federal agencies to promote our programs and secure funding opportunities.

• Engage in activities that enhance your professional growth, including attending conferences, leading discussions, and representing the agency in a variety of settings.

• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Clinic Director to support the efficient operation of the clinic.

Qualifications\n

Applicants for this position must have:
