The Opportunity: We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Director of Business Development & Sales to lead, grow, and optimize our high-performance sales team (10-15 reps). This role is for a strategic, hands-on leader who excels at: Scaling and optimizing a sales floor for aggressive revenue growth Recruiting and developing top sales talent to maintain elite performance Driving strategy, coaching, and execution to hit and exceed revenue targets If you have a proven track record of scaling revenue, building high-performing sales teams, and driving consistent, predictable growth, this is your opportunity to take ownership and make a significant impact.
