Key Responsibilities\n

• Perform comprehensive assessments and evaluations to create tailored treatment plans for each client, considering their unique circumstances and therapeutic needs.

• Collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists, social workers, and support staff, to develop holistic and integrated treatment strategies.

• Continuously monitor client progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans, ensuring adaptive methods are utilized.

• Collect and analyze client outcome data to assess the effectiveness of interventions and improve therapeutic practices.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation and client records in compliance with all legal and ethical standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will require working with a diverse array of clients, including individuals from various backgrounds and age groups facing a range of emotional and psychological challenges. You will provide therapeutic support to children navigating developmental issues, adolescents tackling identity and self-esteem concerns, and adults addressing relationship challenges, trauma, or life transitions. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited program is required.

• An active LMFT license in the state of Oregon is essential.

Compensation and Benefits\n
