Director of School Partnerships

Leading partnership development with Title I schools and districts, the full-time Director of School Partnerships will manage outreach, cultivate relationships, and oversee the partnership pipeline in a remote capacity. Key responsibilities Conduct proactive outreach to potential school and district partners, facilitating discussions on collaboration and aligning NEON's model with their needs Manage the full partnership cycle, utilizing Salesforce to track progress and optimize the partnership process Lead email marketing campaigns targeting potential partners, developing strategies to nurture leads and convert them into long-term collaborations Required qualifications At least 5 years of experience in building and managing partnerships with Title I schools and districts Proven ability to engage with senior-level decision-makers in educational settings Experience managing full sales cycles and achieving growth targets in a fast-paced environment Strong familiarity with secondary curriculum and instruction decision-making processes, with a preference for experience in dual-enrollment Deep commitment to advancing educational equity and supporting underserved students
