Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to evaluate the psychological impact of patients' medical conditions and determine appropriate therapeutic interventions.

• Provide timely crisis intervention and support during mental health emergencies, prioritizing patient safety and effective response strategies.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LCPC, or LMFT in the state of Illinois.

• Proven ability to work effectively with patients facing co-occurring medical and mental health issues, demonstrating compassion and proactive problem-solving skills.

Compensation and Benefits\n
