This position operates within a detox center environment. While much of your work will be conducted remotely, you will provide teletherapy and engage with clients in real-time. Key Responsibilities\n

• Directly engage with clients through virtual consultations, assessing their mental health needs and establishing effective treatment plans tailored to those needs.

• Conduct comprehensive, evidence-based assessments to develop integrated care plans that meet the holistic needs of clients.

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions, utilizing therapeutic methodologies suited to the diverse backgrounds and needs of clients.

• Implement brief and focused prevention, treatment, and recovery strategies while continuously monitoring client progress and adjusting care plans as necessary.

• Effectively collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including medical providers and case managers, to ensure seamless service delivery and continuity of care.

• Participate in on-call coverage to address client crises and emergencies, providing timely interventions and support.
\n
• Document client interactions and maintain accurate records in compliance with ethical guidelines and organizational standards to promote transparency and accountability.

• Contribute actively to quality improvement committees, bringing insights and suggestions that enhance service delivery effectiveness.

You will work directly with clients grappling with severe mental health challenges, including but not limited to substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health conditions. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 85,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
