Work Environment\n

This role is 100% remote, allowing you the flexibility to provide counseling services via phone or videoconference from the comfort of your own home. You will coordinate with a multidisciplinary team of professionals to manage a diverse caseload, allowing for a collaborative and fulfilling work experience. Our detox center facility is equipped to support your efforts by providing access to a network of resources and specialists as you engage with clients.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Plan, coordinate, and implement individualized support packages that help clients address their specific difficulties and overcome dependencies.

• Conduct thorough client interviews to assess their current situations, identifying strengths, needs, and areas for growth.

• Develop tailored, measurable treatment goals for each client, ensuring that their unique circumstances and challenges guide the therapeutic approach.

• Continuously monitor and evaluate client progress, modifying treatment plans as necessary to respond to their evolving needs.

• Provide crisis intervention and emotional support during sessions, employing calming techniques to guide clients through challenging moments.

• Maintain accurate case records, documenting client interactions, treatment progress, and any necessary referrals for additional support services.

• Participate in virtual case conferences to discuss client cases with colleagues and contribute to a cohesive and multi-faceted treatment approach.

• Facilitate referrals to community services and resources to support clients in their recovery journey, ensuring they have access to all necessary tools for success.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
