Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments and intakes with new patients to evaluate their mental health status, symptoms, and personal goals.

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions through telehealth platforms such as video calls and telephone consultations.

• Utilize evidence-based practices to devise and implement treatment plans tailored to each patient’s needs.
\n
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary, ensuring that care remains effective and relevant to their evolving circumstances.

• Document all interactions and treatment notes accurately in compliance with Federal, State, and organizational policies.
\n
• Conduct mental health assessments and provide referrals to additional services when necessary, working collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will serve a diverse client population, including individuals experiencing various mental health challenges. Our patients may include those coping with anxiety, depression, substance use disorders, and other mental health issues, particularly those who find it difficult to access traditional in-person therapy. Your ability to establish rapport and provide compassionate care through telehealth will be essential in fulfilling their needs effectively.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Active and unrestricted LCSW license issued by the State of California.

• A solid background in providing therapeutic services with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a clinical environment.

• Proficiency in using digital tools and telehealth platforms; prior experience in telemedicine is highly advantageous.

• Strong oral and written communication skills, enabling effective interactions with a variety of stakeholders.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience working with patients in a detox or substance abuse treatment setting.

• Familiarity with electronic medical record systems (EMR) to manage patient documentation and care coordination.

• Adeptness in Crisis Intervention techniques and knowledge of community resources for referrals.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 120,000 to 130,000 with full benefits.
