Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individual and group psychotherapy to students, families, and caregivers, employing evidence-based interventions tailored to each client's needs.

• Collaborate effectively with teachers, school administrators, and other healthcare professionals to create comprehensive care plans and intervention strategies.

• Ensure that documentation is consistent with federal, state, and local policies, maintaining an audit-compliant record-keeping system.

• Oversee and mentor interns, facilitating their training and supervision to ensure adherence to organizational standards and client care protocols.

• Participate in regular performance evaluations of interns to foster professional growth and development within the social work field.

• Conduct training workshops for interns and university affiliates regarding clinical practices, compliance requirements, and the nuances of mental health support in a school setting.

• Address any clinical crises as they emerge, providing real-time consultations to both clients and other service providers.

• Participate actively in continuous quality assurance and quality improvement (QA/QI) efforts to elevate the standard of care delivered.

• Maintain a healthy and organized virtual workspace, ensuring that technology and client systems are functional and reporting issues promptly.

• Complete reports for program success and contribute to ongoing program development as directed by management.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Our organization offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $122,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
