Key Responsibilities\n

  Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients, utilizing tools such as the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders to inform individualized care plans that address diverse needs, cultural backgrounds, and clinical complexities.

  Continuously monitor client progress, making adjustments to treatment strategies as necessary, and provide evidence-based interventions to support mental health goals and diagnoses.

  Accurately prepare and maintain treatment records, reports, and relevant clinical documentation in accordance with regulatory standards and internal policies, ensuring timely submissions and adherence to protocols.

  Collaborate with clients, their families, and multidisciplinary teams to develop comprehensive treatment objectives, ensuring that care plans align with client goals and promote safety and symptom management.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily be working with individuals facing a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and adjustment disorders. Our clients come from diverse backgrounds, and your sensitivity to cultural diversity and special needs will support them in navigating their journeys toward improved mental health. The emphasis on personalized care ensures that each client's unique circumstances are thoughtfully addressed.

Qualifications\n

  A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

  A valid and current LCSW license in the State of California.

  The ability to perform physical tasks associated with clinical practice, including lifting up to 25 pounds and being able to move freely within your environment.

  Demonstrated interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective interaction with clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.

  Proven experience in a mental health setting, with a minimum of two years of post-MSW clinical experience.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

Your commitment and expertise will be rewarded with a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 105,000 annually, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package.
