Work Environment

The rehabilitation center is designed to create an inviting and efficient space for both staff and patients. You will enjoy a structured yet flexible schedule, primarily working Monday to Friday from 2 PM to 8 PM, allowing for a balanced work-life approach while maximizing patient care during peak hours.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered rehabilitation care by managing therapeutic services for an assigned patient group, coordinating with physicians and multi-disciplinary care teams.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' physical therapy needs, establishing individualized care plans that focus on measurable goal achievement and maintaining patient engagement.
• Provide targeted physical therapy interventions and treatments while closely monitoring progress to ensure optimal outcomes throughout the continuum of care.
• Perform evaluations and develop appropriate interventions within the established legal and ethical frameworks of practice.
• Empower patients through instruction in safe and effective therapy techniques, including therapeutic exercises, appliance usage, and rehabilitation exercises to be performed outside of therapy sessions.
• Manage your caseload efficiently, prioritizing daily tasks and coordinating staffing assignments to ensure seamless patient care delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will collaborate with a diverse patient population, including individuals recovering from surgeries, injuries, and chronic pain conditions. The goal is to provide personalized therapy that addresses unique patient needs, enhancing their functional performance and independence. Qualifications

• A valid Physical Therapy license is required.
• A Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited institution is essential.
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification must be obtained within 30 days of employment.
• No previous experience is necessary; newly graduated candidates are encouraged to apply.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in orthopedic physical therapy or rehabilitation is a plus, but not mandatory.
