Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to understand the unique needs of each client, utilizing a variety of assessment tools and techniques.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to client goals, ensuring that interventions are evidence-based and culturally sensitive.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, creating a safe space where clients can express their thoughts and emotions, and promoting therapeutic discussion among peers.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of professionals—including psychiatrists, social workers, and other counselors—to provide holistic care that addresses the complex needs of each patient.

• Engage in continuous professional development by participating in training programs, workshops, and clinical supervision aimed at enhancing skills and knowledge in evidence-based practices.

• Contribute to the continuous improvement of clinical services through active participation in team meetings, sharing insights, and suggesting strategies to enhance patient care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will work with a diverse clientele who may be experiencing a range of emotional and psychological challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and relationship issues. Our clients come from various backgrounds, and you will be encouraged to apply culturally competent approaches to therapy, ensuring that treatment is respectful of and tailored to each individual's unique experiences.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• An active state license or certification as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in providing treatment to individuals facing emotional and mental health challenges.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to quickly build rapport with clients.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience with electronic medical record (EMR) systems, ensuring efficient management of patient data and treatment documentation.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from $115,000 to $120,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
