Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients experiencing recovery from injuries, surgeries, or chronic illnesses.

• Implement therapeutic interventions in a home care setting, ensuring the patient's comfort and safety at all times.
• Continuously monitor patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure the achievement of therapeutic goals.
• Educate patients and family members about treatment objectives, the use of assistive devices, and techniques to enhance physical function.

Qualifications
