Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate, design, and implement individualized treatment plans for patients based on physician referrals.
• Delivery of specialized therapy across diverse patient demographics, including orthopedic, pediatric, neurologic, and sports medicine cases.
• Utilize advanced therapeutic techniques and exercises to facilitate patient recovery in home settings, ensuring alignment with each patient's unique goals.
• Engage in effective communication with patients, caregivers, and the healthcare team to enhance treatment outcomes and support holistic care.
• Meet minimum utilization goals, contributing to Lumturi's operational objectives to ensure effective service delivery.
• Document patient progress accurately and timely, maintaining compliance with clinical guidelines and regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work closely with a diverse range of patients, tailoring your approach to meet individual needs effectively. Your role will include providing in-depth assessments and ongoing evaluations to guide treatment, thus ensuring comprehensive rehabilitation for patients recovering from injuries, surgeries, and chronic conditions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• A valid state license as a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from the Physical Therapy Examining Committee.
• At least two years of relevant clinical experience in a physical therapy setting.
• Current CPR certification, ensuring readiness to provide emergency care.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to build rapport with patients and collaborate effectively with the healthcare team.
• Proficient in computer applications and documentation systems specific to healthcare settings.

Preferred Experience

While a minimum of two years of experience is required, we highly value candidates with experience in home health care and those who have worked with multidisciplinary teams. Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position ranges from $100,000 to $120,000 annually, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package which includes:
