Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to identify clients' mental health challenges, strengths, and available resources, using evidence-based screening tools.

• Provide therapeutic services through individual, family, and group therapy sessions, employing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and Trauma-Informed Care.

• Design and implement personalized treatment plans based on client needs and goals, adjusting as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers to provide integrated, client-centered care.

• Administer crisis intervention strategies, conduct risk assessments, and formulate safety plans when needed to ensure client safety.

• Maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation of client progress and treatment plans in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions and psychoeducation workshops to provide additional support resources and foster community among clients.
