Key Responsibilities\n

• Maintain comprehensive and compliant records within the agency’s AWARDS electronic health record system.

• Conduct performance evaluations, recognition, and retention processes for interns, providing essential feedback for their professional growth.

• Engage in clinical consultations for crisis and non-crisis situations, providing support and guidance when needed.

• Participate in ongoing quality assurance and audit processes to ensure that all documentation and client records meet workplace policies and regulations.

• Oversee the intern recruitment, interviewing, and onboarding process, ensuring alignment with agency objectives.

• Attend and contribute to programmatic and agency meetings, providing insights to enhance service delivery.

• Provide psychotherapy services to clients, addressing their specific needs in both individual and family therapy settings.

• Ensure that the workplace remains organized and report any maintenance or safety issues promptly.
