This position supports a remote work setting for our therapists, allowing for flexibility while ensuring access to essential resources and support from our team. Our typical working hours are Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with some scheduling flexibility to meet patient needs. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive and culturally sensitive mental health assessments to identify patients' unique experiences, backgrounds, and treatment needs.

• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans using evidence-based interventions designed to resonate with each patient’s cultural and personal context.

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions aimed at addressing diverse mental health issues, fostering resilience, and promoting overall well-being.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and interdisciplinary team members to ensure cohesive and comprehensive care delivery.

• Provide crisis intervention services during emergencies, ensuring a calm and effective response to patients in distress.

• Engage in educating patients and their families about mental health conditions, available treatment options, and community resources tailored to cultural needs.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current, valid license as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW within the state of Texas.

• A thorough understanding of mental health disorders, evidence-based treatment methodologies, and cultural competency in therapeutic practices.

• Strong crisis intervention skills with the ability to maintain composure during challenging situations.
