Work Environment\n

This role is set in a fully remote outpatient office environment, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while delivering effective teletherapy services through secure video and phone platforms. The typical work schedule is Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, with flexibility to accommodate client needs. Our organizational culture promotes teamwork, and you will collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, engaging in regular meetings, case discussions, and training sessions.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments for adults and adolescents, diagnosing a range of mental health conditions such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, and stress-related disorders.

• Design and implement personalized treatment plans based on client needs, utilizing evidence-based methodologies and therapeutic interventions.

• Facilitate telehealth therapy sessions, providing client-centered care that fosters trust and rapport, enhancing client engagement and progress.

• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation, including progress notes and treatment plans, to ensure compliance with organizational standards and state regulations.

You will be working with a diverse clientele, including adults and adolescents from various backgrounds. Qualifications\n

• Must possess an active California license as either a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related mental health field is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Flourish Together, LLC offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
