This role is primarily remote but allows close integration with our outpatient office in North Bend. Our remote setup is designed to provide flexibility while maintaining essential connections with clients and team members. Regular business hours will be supplemented by occasional evening sessions to accommodate clients' varying schedules. Our facility is equipped with advanced telehealth technology, ensuring that you can deliver effective care regardless of your work setting.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments and screenings to ascertain the mental health and emotional needs of clients, facilitating personalized treatment planning.

• Provide compassionate short-term individual counseling and immediate crisis intervention for clients facing emotional distress or mental health challenges.

• Lead therapeutic group sessions and workshops aimed at equipping clients with coping strategies and promoting skill development in areas such as stress management, anxiety reduction, and self-care.

• Collaborate closely with other community organizations and stakeholders to establish a framework for comprehensive support that addresses social, educational, and familial aspects of clients’ lives.

• Participate in outreach programs and preventive initiatives, coordinating mental health awareness campaigns and wellness events to engage the broader community.

• Ensure meticulous maintenance of client records, adhering to both ethical standards and legal requirements to uphold confidentiality and trust.

The community center serves a diverse population, including adolescents, adults, and families struggling with a wide range of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and adjustment disorders. Qualifications\n

• A valid and active license as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A relevant Master's or doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.

• Strong awareness of and sensitivity to the unique mental health challenges faced by individuals in various stages of life.

• Exceptional communication skills to effectively connect with clients and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.

• Familiarity with evidence-based practices, brief therapy models, and therapeutic interventions appropriate for outpatient settings.

• A proven ability to manage a diverse caseload while remaining effective in a fast-paced environment.
