Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct timely clinical assessments of clients to create personalized, goal-oriented treatment plans that consider individual circumstances and therapeutic needs.

• Provide therapeutic sessions utilizing evidence-based modalities for various issues including depression, anxiety, trauma, substance abuse, and adjustment disorders, tailored to each client's needs.

• Manage and maintain a full caseload efficiently, with a strong emphasis on delivering high-quality care and ensuring timely clinical documentation is submitted within 48 hours post-service.

• Participate in scheduled clinical supervision and team meetings to discuss client progress, share insights, and enhance collaborative care strategies.
\n
• Provide after-hours emergency support in accordance with our established on-call policy, ensuring clients have access to essential services when needed.
\n
• Coordinate care with inter-agency program providers, ensuring clients receive comprehensive support through seamless referrals and collaboration.

• Prepare and present discharge summaries in accordance with treatment completion, maintaining continuity of care.
\n
• Engage with clients using therapeutic models in individual, family, and group settings, fostering a supportive environment and encouraging open communication.

Your caseload will primarily consist of adults, adolescents, or a combination of both, depending on organizational needs and your proficiency. Qualifications\n
