Additionally, our operating hours are Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some scheduling flexibility based on patient needs. Key Responsibilities\n \n Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to identify patients’ needs and collaboratively develop personalized treatment plans. \n Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy during individual, couples, and family sessions. \n Facilitate psychoeducational and support groups, fostering community connections and addressing common mental health concerns. \n Collaborate closely with psychiatrists and other mental health professionals to coordinate holistic patient care effectively. \n Provide crisis intervention services during mental health emergencies, ensuring timely support for patients in distress. \n Educate patients about their mental health conditions, treatment options, and available community resources, promoting empowerment and engagement in their recovery journeys. \n Diligently maintain accurate and confidential documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards, utilizing our EHR system for effective management. \n Engage in case consultations, participate in team meetings, and contribute to professional development initiatives. \n Stay informed about the latest research and advancements in mental health therapy to enhance the quality of care provided. \n Patient Population / Client Focus\n As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Haña Health and Wellness Clinic, you will work with a diverse patient population that includes individuals from various backgrounds dealing with a spectrum of mental health challenges. Our patients range from adolescents to older adults seeking support for conditions that affect their daily lives and overall well-being. You will have the opportunity to build rapport and trust with clients, guiding them toward improved mental health and quality of life.
