Work Environment\n

As a member of our fully remote team, you will deliver mental health services via telehealth platforms, allowing you the flexibility to work from the comfort of your home. Our telehealth technology is designed for security and compliance, ensuring client confidentiality while enabling effective communication. Our work hours are Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, giving you the autonomy to craft your optimal work-life balance without the demands of on-call responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct virtual one-on-one therapy sessions with clients using video conferencing tools, including an initial assessment to understand their mental health needs.

• Facilitate discussions that encourage clients to explore their emotions, thoughts, and personal experiences, fostering self-awareness and insight.

• Help clients articulate their goals for therapy, providing guidance and advocacy throughout their mental health journey.
\n
• Develop personalized treatment plans using a solution-focused approach, drawing on evidence-based practices and your professional clinical judgment.

• Regularly evaluate clients’ progress, adjusting treatment modalities and interventions as necessary to ensure effective outcomes.

• Engage in ongoing professional development, staying current with best practices in mental health counseling.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The focus of your practice will be on adult clients who present with stable, low-acuity mental health concerns. This may include individuals dealing with anxiety, mild depression, relationship issues, and other challenges that affect emotional well-being. Your role will be pivotal in guiding them towards personal growth and healthier coping strategies.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.

• Possession of a valid and independent mental health license, such as:

• Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)

• Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC)
\n
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

• Proficient in technology with strong computer literacy skills, enabling seamless engagement with telehealth platforms.

Compensation and Benefits\n
