Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth assessments and evaluations of clients' mental health challenges, establishing a comprehensive understanding that informs tailored treatment plans.

• Implement individual therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) that are customized to meet the distinct needs of each client.

• Work collaboratively with clients to set achievable therapeutic goals, regularly monitoring progress and making necessary adjustments to the treatment approach.

• Provide teletherapy services that accommodate clients preferring virtual sessions or facing accessibility constraints due to geographical or logistical barriers.

• Ensure the maintenance of accurate and timely documentation in adherence to ethical standards, which includes thorough notes on assessments, progress, and modifications in treatment plans.

• Engage in continuous professional development through ongoing training workshops and learning opportunities to refine clinical skills and stay abreast of best practices in mental health therapy.

Qualifications\n
