Work Environment\n

This is a remote position, allowing you the flexibility to work from your home while still being an integral part of our supportive outpatient office team. You will collaborate with mental health professionals, including therapists and administrative staff, through various digital communication platforms, ensuring an effective delivery of care and consistent follow-up with clients.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine the mental health needs of each client, tailoring treatment approaches accordingly.

• Maintain open lines of communication with supervisors and care teams regarding client progress, ensuring a cohesive treatment strategy is in place.
\n
• Establish and share a structured schedule for appointments, home visits, and monitoring tasks with supervisors to maintain accountability and track advancements in client care.
\n
• Coordinate in-home visits as necessary, performing thorough evaluations, chart reviews, and staff interviews to ensure clients receive the best possible support.
\n
• Implement and oversee the execution of individual program plans, ensuring effective delivery of therapeutic interventions.
\n
• Participate in Interdisciplinary Team Meetings, contributing to an integrated treatment approach for better client outcomes.
\n
• Complete detailed monthly and quarterly progress notes reflecting client progression and necessary adjustments to their treatment plans.
\n
• Organize training sessions for staff members to ensure competency in program implementation and accurate documentation practices.
\n
• Conduct follow-up visits and interviews as needed to continue providing support tailored to clients’ evolving needs.
\n
• Act as a liaison for clients within the public mental health community, fostering collaborative relationships to support developmental goals.

• Assist in the creation and refinement of training materials to enhance program effectiveness for clients.

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Crimson Care Center, you will work with a diverse client base, including both adults and youth. By utilizing evidence-based practices, you will address various issues, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, substance misuse, family dynamics, and more. Qualifications\n

• Hold an active Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Possess an active and unrestricted Professional Counselor license (LPC) in the state of New Jersey.

• Have at least 2 years of professional counseling experience, ideally within clinical settings.
