About the Role
The Company is in search of a Head of Total Rewards to spearhead its global compensation, benefits, and payroll functions. This pivotal role demands a strategic yet hands-on leader with a proven track record in total rewards within the financial services sector. The successful candidate will be tasked with designing and executing comprehensive compensation and benefits strategies, overseeing payroll and benefits operations, and leading HR systems transformations. A deep expertise in compensation design, including incentive plans and deferred comp, as well as experience in benefits strategy and administration, is essential. The role also requires a strong knowledge of compliance requirements and the ability to build scalable processes to support a growing organization. Applicants for the Head of Total Rewards position at the company should hold a Bachelor’s degree and have at least 10 years' of experience in a similar capacity. The role calls for a leader with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach, excellent communication skills, and the ability to influence and partner with senior stakeholders.
