Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough and comprehensive assessments to understand clients' mental health needs and formulate clinical diagnoses.

• Develop individualized treatment plans that reflect evidence-based practices tailored to the unique needs and goals of each client.

• Deliver high-quality individual, group, and/or family therapy sessions, employing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other evidence-based approaches.

• Provide crisis intervention and support for clients experiencing acute mental health emergencies, ensuring immediate care and follow-up as needed.
\n
• Maintain detailed and confidential client records, including progress notes and treatment plans, in compliance with ethical and legal standards.
\n
• Collaborate effectively with our interdisciplinary teams, working alongside psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and cohesive care.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health topics, available treatment options, and community resources, advocating for their rights and needs as necessary.
\n
• Participate in continuous professional development activities, including training, workshops, and peer consultations to stay updated with the latest therapeutic approaches and best practices in mental health care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will engage with a wide range of clients, including children, adolescents, adults, and families, presenting with various mental health challenges—such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Your expertise will help clients foster resilience and work towards sustainable recovery, making a meaningful impact in their lives.

Qualifications\n

• Current licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LMHC, LCSW, or LCSW-R) is required.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a closely related field.

• Demonstrated strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills.

• A minimum of two years of relevant experience providing mental health counseling.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to establish rapport and trust with clients.

• The ability to work independently with initiative while also collaborating effectively as part of a team.

Preferred Experience\n
