Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to understand each client’s mental health needs, strengths, and available resources.

• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy using proven evidence-based treatment modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy and trauma-focused therapy.

• Develop and execute tailored treatment plans that encapsulate clearly defined goals and strategic interventions in collaboration with clients and their families.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions, psychoeducational classes, and support groups to promote community and resilience among clients.

• Engage in crisis intervention, performing risk assessments and safety planning to ensure the well-being of clients during challenging times.

• Document all client interactions and treatment progress in a timely manner, adhering to legal and ethical standards while maintaining confidentiality.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
