Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to gauge patients’ mental health status, including their emotional, psychological, and social wellbeing, followed by formulating appropriate treatment plans tailored to individual needs.

• Provide timely and effective short-term individual counseling and crisis intervention services to address a wide range of mental health concerns, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues.

• Facilitate therapeutic groups and interactive workshops that cover relevant topics such as stress management, coping strategies, mindfulness practices, and self-esteem-building activities.

• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams, including medical professionals and support staff, ensuring a holistic approach to patient care that involves regular case consultations and feedback sessions.

Qualifications\n

• Must possess an active state license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Psychologist.

• A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field is required.

• Proven understanding of the complexities and treatment of mental health disorders faced by diverse populations.
