Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments to diagnose mental health issues, crafting personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients.

• Maintain a caseload of 25 to 30 client visits each week, providing therapy through individual, family, and group sessions via telehealth.

• Utilize creative therapeutic interventions to motivate clients and help them set and achieve their personal and professional goals.

• Document each session meticulously, ensuring compliance with clinic policy and state regulations, including updating treatment plans and recording case notes.

• Collaborate with case managers, families, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive care for clients.

• Deliver exceptional customer service, fostering a welcoming and supportive environment that encourages clients to engage in their healing process.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field from an accredited program.

• Possession of a current and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to establish appropriate boundaries with clients.
