Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough patient evaluations, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of their mental health history and current challenges.

• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans addressing specific patient needs and therapeutic goals.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based practices to foster connection and healing.

• Maintain accurate and confidential patient records, documenting treatment progress and interventions in compliance with HIPAA regulations.

• Document all treatments comprehensively, ensuring continuity of care and effective communication within the healthcare team.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clients you will work with include individuals battling anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorders, and other mental health challenges. You will engage with diverse populations, including families, adolescents, and adults, all requiring a tailored approach to therapy that acknowledges their unique cultural and personal backgrounds.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling is required.

• Current, independent licensure as LMHC, LICSW, or LMFT is essential for this role.

• A minimum of two years of relevant professional experience demonstrating effectiveness in therapeutic settings.
