Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients’ mental health needs, utilizing standardized screening tools and personal interviews.

• Develop personalized treatment plans that align with evidence-based practices and cater specifically to each client's unique challenges.

• Deliver remote therapy sessions via secure virtual platforms, employing therapeutic techniques suited to individual client preferences.

• Engage clients in collaborative goal-setting, continually reassessing therapeutic goals and strategies as treatment progresses.

• Utilize diverse therapeutic methodologies, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based approaches tailored to individual client needs.

• Maintain precise and timely documentation of therapy sessions and client progress in compliance with state regulations and organizational policies.

Qualifications\n

• Current and valid license as either a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A Master's degree or Doctoral degree in a related field, such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, adept at establishing rapport and creating a strong therapeutic alliance with clients in a virtual setting.

• Empathy, compassion, and a genuine understanding of clients' emotional needs and experiences.

• Excellent organizational and time-management skills necessary for managing a caseload effectively.

• Annual salary range of USD 80,000 – 104,000, based on your caseload and experience.
