Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients to develop individualized treatment plans based on their unique needs and backgrounds.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused short therapy, tailored to fit individual client contexts.

• Facilitate therapy sessions with individuals, families, and groups to address a broad spectrum of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, or relationship issues.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychologists, psychiatrists, and social workers, to provide comprehensive care and improve client outcomes.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation in accordance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring confidentiality and compliance.

• Engage in continuous professional development through workshops, training, and peer collaboration to stay current on the latest mental health research and interventions.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary focus of this role will be to serve individuals and families who have limited access to mental health services. These clients may present with various mental health concerns, including trauma, substance use disorders, and relational difficulties. Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required, while a Master's or Doctoral degree is preferred.

• A minimum of two years of counseling experience is required, ideally within a clinical setting.
