Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to determine client needs, incorporating a variety of evaluation methods and tools.

• Provide high-quality individual therapy sessions utilizing approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness techniques, and other evidence-based modalities.

• Develop detailed and personalized treatment plans that address specific mental health goals, regularly reviewing progress with clients.

• Collaborate with primary care physicians, psychiatrists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a coordinated approach to client care.

• Maintain meticulous electronic health records in compliance with HIPAA regulations, documenting therapy sessions and treatment plans effectively.

• Adhere to organizational and clinical standards to promote a safe and supportive therapeutic environment for all clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with adults experiencing a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, and trauma-related disorders. Our client population is diverse, representing various backgrounds, cultures, and experiences. Your ability to understand and empathize with their unique situations will be key to building rapport and helping them achieve their mental health goals.

Qualifications\n

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in outpatient mental health settings is required.

• A Master’s Degree in Professional Counseling or a related field from an accredited institution is mandatory.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Pennsylvania or equivalent licensure is necessary.

• Strong foundational knowledge of therapy services, community resources, and mental health documentation practices.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and team members.

• Empathetic approach to client interactions and a genuine passion for mental health care.

Preferred Experience\n

While a minimum of three years of relevant experience is required, candidates with additional background in specific therapy modalities, crisis intervention, or work with underserved populations will be highly regarded. Familiarity with insurance billing processes and electronic health record management will also be beneficial.

Compensation and Benefits\n
