• Trauma Repair
• Shunt Insertion or Revision
• Stereotactic Radiosurgery
• Deep Brain stimulation (DBS)
• Cranial Burr Holes
• Intracranial Pressure Monitor or Insertion of
• Intracranial Hemorrhage
• Movement Disorders
• Traumatic Brain Injury; Neurocritical Conditions
• Ventricular Taps
• Ventriculoperitoneal shunt/taps/reprogramming
• Ventriculostomy
• Diskectomy
• Spinal Fusion
• Vertebroplasty & Kyphoplasty
• Spine Stabilization & Reconstruction

Spinal Procedures

Estimated credentialing timeframe: ~60-90 days Travel Reimbursement Information

• Lodging: ~$150/night
• All other bookings approve for standard/economy rates
