Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments and evaluations to identify the mental health needs of clients using established diagnostic frameworks.

• Create individualized treatment plans that reflect client-specific goals, administer appropriate therapeutic interventions, and adjust plans regularly based on progress.

• Provide counseling services in both individual and group settings, utilizing a variety of therapeutic modalities to meet the diverse needs of clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LPC will work primarily with diverse populations, including children, adolescents, adults, and families facing a range of mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.

• Active Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) license in the state of Texas.

Compensation and Benefits\n

At Intermountain Counseling Services, we offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $95,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
