In this full-time remote role, based at our Detox Center, you will provide essential mental health support to clients, primarily seniors, guiding them through their unique challenges with compassion and expertise. The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.

Work Environment\n

This position is fully remote, allowing for a flexible work arrangement. You will primarily connect with clients through telehealth platforms, ensuring accessibility and continuity of care. While the standard work hours are Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, please be prepared for occasional evening or weekend hours to meet client needs. You may also be required to be on-call to provide urgent support when necessary.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ psychosocial needs, taking into account their emotional, mental, and social circumstances.

• Collaborate with clients and their families to craft individualized care plans that address specific needs, promoting wellness and helping to mitigate anxiety and depression.

• Deliver therapeutic counseling and emotional support, particularly during periods of transition or crisis, offering reassurance and guidance to both clients and their families.
\n
• Act as an advocate for clients, ensuring they receive equitable access to necessary community resources and services that enhance their quality of life.
\n
• Engage in coordination with interdisciplinary teams, including healthcare providers and caregivers, to ensure holistic care delivery.
\n
• Regularly evaluate client progress through virtual check-ins, assessing any changes in their condition or circumstances, and adapting care plans as necessary.

• Facilitate open communication among family members involved in the client’s care, addressing potential conflicts and fostering a supportive family dynamic.

• Provide education regarding available community resources, encouraging clients to participate in support groups and programs that foster social engagement.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of client interactions, care plans, assessments, and progress notes to ensure compliance with organizational standards.

• Keep abreast of emerging practices in social work, applying ethical standards in all client interactions and interventions.

Qualifications\n
