Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments and comprehensive evaluations, creating tailored treatment plans for each client based on their specific needs.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions utilizing various modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, and more.

• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other mental health professionals, to provide holistic care.

• Maintain detailed, accurate clinical records in compliance with ethical guidelines and legal regulations, ensuring client confidentiality and high standards of practice.

You will be working with a diverse array of clients, including individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) within the state of Colorado.

• A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in providing counseling services, ideally within a clinical setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n
