Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive client assessments to understand their unique mental health needs and develop tailored treatment strategies accordingly.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic services to clients, utilizing modalities that best align with individual needs, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, play therapy, or solution-focused therapy.

• Maintain meticulous clinical records while adhering to legal and ethical guidelines, ensuring confidentiality and proper documentation for all client interactions.

• Collaborate with educational staff, parents, and external providers to create a comprehensive support network for clients, enhancing their treatment experience and outcomes.

• Deliver guidance and educational resources to clients and their families, empowering them with coping strategies and knowledge about mental health issues.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with students across various age groups facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work is required, accompanied by a valid California LCSW license.

Compensation and Benefits\n
